For most people, the sight of Gary Lineker rubbing his ass against the Italian ground during Italia 90 after an accident was embarrassing enough - but this might be worse.

In what should be a lesson on social media to everyone - a twitter promise that the BBC presenter made in December now looks like it could come back to haunt him:

It couldn't actually happen could it? Well, given that Leicester need just three points from their remaining three games - it looks like Lineker is now making steps to fulfill his promise.

According to the Daily Star, the Leicester City fan has had discussions with BBC chiefs about whether he will be allowed to do what he said he would:

The conversation's been had. I've told them many times, 'Please tell me I can't do it'.

I'm in good shape. For an old b*****d. I'll probably work out for the two weeks beforehand very, very hard.

Let's hope that the producers find a table for Lineker to sit behind during the broadcasts.
