Rangers secured a big victory in the Scottish Premiership title race last night, with their 2-1 win over Aberdeen seeing them move level on points with Celtic at the top of the league.
The Ibrox club have steadily gained ground on their Glasgow rivals in recent times, with the two now set to battle it out for the title over the coming months.
While Celtic have continued to put together a good run of form over the last six weeks or so, points dropped against the likes of Aberdeen and Hearts has opened the door for Rangers to gain ground in the league.

Liam Scales discusses potential Celtic-Rangers title race
Liam Scales has been a vital player for Celtic this season, massively impressing since being drafted into the side at the start of the season. While this is the Wicklow man's first real taste of a Scottish Premiership title race, he is retaining a level head.
Speaking this week, the defender gave a very mature answer when asked about the pressure that Rangers were applying ahead of a key period in the season.
We know it’s a tight race at the moment and we know what it’s going to take to win the league, and that’s our objective.
We just want to win as many games as possible and we feel like that will get us there.
We know the pressure is there to win these games and we can’t drop many more points. That’s clear to us...
I don’t think the way we look at it changes whether we are top of the league by 10 points, three points or whether we are second.
We still approach every game to win it and that’s never going to change. Realistically it doesn’t change how we think about things at all.
Obviously it adds a bit of pressure. But that’s good, I think. We need to embrace it and go from there.
It shows a different side to players, if we can all perform under pressure then it shows a really good personality and that’s what we all want to see.
Liam Scales in all of Celtic's league games since coming into the side at the end of August, with the defender sure to play a key part over the coming months as the club look to retain their Scottish Premiership title.
Having strolled to the title on a number of occasions in recent times, it looks as though things will be not quite as easy for Celtic this season.
