Virgin Media have today announced that they will now broadcast the Liam Miller tribute match on Virgin Media Three, meaning it is now available on free-to-air.
The game was originally set to be shown on Virgin Media Sports, a subscription channel for those who do not use the company as their broadcast supplier. This would have left a large section of the public unable to view the match live.
We can now confirm that the #LiamMillerTribute match will be broadcast live on @VirginMedia_3 this Tuesday, as well as Virgin Media Sport.

The move will mean that the match will now be seen by a much larger audience, something that is a huge bonus for this charity driven event.
It will be played in front of a 45,000 sell-out crowd at Páirc Uí Chaoimh, when a Manchester United Legends team will face off against a Republic of Ireland & Celtic legends side.
A number of star names such as Roy Keane, Paul Scholes and Robbie Keane are set to appear on the day, with all the proceeds going to the Liam Miller Fund.
