Liam Miller has left Brisbane Roar after just three matches of the A League's new season. The reigning champions have had a poor start to the season and it's now been further compounded with the departure of the former Irish international.

Miller joined the club before the start of last season and had been reportedly suffering from an injury in recent times. The club's Mike Mulvey said:

It’s always disappointing to lose a player of Liam’s calibre but both player and club decided this was the best outcome.

So where to next for the man once dubbed the new Roy Keane?
