If there's anything we can take home from the Irish adventure at Euro 2016, apart from the trophy that is, it's that Irish-French relations are currently at an all time high.
French newspaper L'Equipe has published an extremely classy front page article this morning, apparently delighted that Irish fans will be in France for another few days to change tyres, sing lullabies to babies, fix cars, serenade pretty girls, clean up after themselves and obey French police.

So thanks for that L'Equipe, all is forgiven for your incredibly bizarre player ratings from last night's match.
And they're not the only French media outlet delighted that we're going through. This compilation from Le Parisien has almost 1 million views since it was uploaded last night. Now we can only hope that they're so happy for us going through after we get some of that sweet revenge on Sunday.
