Leo Messi getting angry. It's not something you ever really consider happening. He's just supposed to be this kid that loves playing football.
He has been riled by recent rumours about a move to Chelsea, something which seems to have initially been ignited by him following Chelsea on Instagram.
Quoted in The Guardian, he called these rumours "lies". He also addressed reports that he had tried to get Barca manager Luis Enrique sacked, hitting out at those from within the club spreading the rumours.
It hurts because it comes from people who [supposedly] love Barcelona. It’s people who want to hurt the club – and this time it did not come from Madrid, like other times, it has come from here. I have heard lots of things being said about me before and now. They make it look like I am the one who is in charge here when I am just another player.
Don’t throw shit at us from outside because that will only do us harm.
