Leicester City's Jamie Vardy has been charged with improper conduct for his behaviour following his second-half dismissal against West Ham United on Sunday 17 April 2016.
Leicester have also been charged for failing to control their players following the awarding of an 83rd-minute penalty to West Ham.
Both the player and the club have until 6pm on Thursday 21 April 2016 to reply to their charge.

For quite a few weeks now, fans, pundits and curious onlookers have been gazing at the fixtures and marking where the slip would occur. With four games left, it appears unlikely that that slip it's ever going to arrive. Leicester have been ticking off narrow win after narrow win and by the time West Ham rolled into town on Sunday, three wins from five would have guaranteed Claudio Ranieri's side the title.
If it wasn't for a ludicrous penalty decision from Jonathan Moss, we might now be writing about the fact that it wasn't a slip but a dive that could cost Leicester the title. It may still have been two points dropped but the manner of the draw with West Ham is such that Leicester's momentum appears unhindered and they head into these crucial final four games knowing that history is within their grasp.
All well and good but how will they cope if Jamie Vardy is missing for more than just the Swansea game?
Come tomorrow, Spurs should be back to within five points of the leaders provided they can overcome the significant task of taking three points away from the Britannia Stadium. And by the time Tuesday morning rolls around, Leicester may also have found out whether Vardy faces a subsequent FA investigation into allegations that he shouted “you fucking cunt" at Moss after being shown a second yellow for a fairly blatant dive while running alongside Angelo Ogbonna.
That second yellow means that Vardy will definitely miss the Swansea clash but the Telegraph are reporting that Leicester will be forced to sit tight and wait on the referee's match report to see if the subsequent incident with Vardy is included. If it is, it's highly likely that Vardy could be given an additional ban which would see him miss the trip to Old Trafford at the start of May.
Without their counter attacking tormentor in chief, Leicester fans (and anyone who wants to see them win the league) will no doubt have every reason to fear a late season collapse given the tricky final three fixtures. It may not be Gerrard's slip levels of drama but it's quite possible that we could yet be pointing to Vardy's dive as the moment that it all fell asunder for the Leicester dream.
