Another of those our sport is better than yours potshots - this time from the rugby fraternity. Eamon Dunphy delighted and annoyed people yesterday with his declaration that soccer is a more intelligent sport than rugby.
Well now, Adidas have released this advert for their rugby line, the message seems to be one of frustration and exasperation at the 'antics' that have become associated with football. Rugby fans have always lauded their noble sport over football as one devoid of dissent petulance and cheating, and Adidas' latest advert will definitely serve to reinforce the stereotypes.
