Wes Hoolahan came off the bench with a little under 10 minutes remaining in Norwich's opening game of the season against Fulham at Craven Cottage. Norwich were 1-0 down after Russell Martin's first half own goal.
In his first Championship game in charge, Daniel Farke brought the Irishman into action in hope he would spark something for his side.
Hoolahan did just that in the 88th minute when his brilliant lofted ball found Nélson Oliveira running into the box. The Portuguese striker was clinical with his finish.
10 - Since the start of last season, no player has provided more Championship assists from open play than Wes Hoolahan. Unlocked.

Like Hoolahan, Oliveira had also come off the bench. After hitting the back of the net, he made sure the new Norwich manager knew who had scored the goal with his celebration.
