Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is not a man who wears his heart on his sleeve. His brooding demeanour reflects a man who doesn't always want you to know what he is thinking, and that is something that seemingly bothers the English media.
After Erik Lamela's absolutely sublime rabona goal in last night's Europa League win over Greek side Asteras Tripoli, nearly everyone inside White Hart Lane lost control of their bodily functions, but not Pochettino, and this issue was raised in the post match press conference.
After being asked why he showed no emotion following that great goal, Pochettino responded in an incredibly smooth fashion as he said:
I only show emotion at home, and in my bed.
So the Spurs boss comes alive in the bedroom, Mrs.Pochettino must be one lucky woman. Or unlucky, depending on how you interpret that answer.
