When Sky Sports presenter David Tanner suggested that Kyle Lafferty was a troublemaker during his time at Rangers, the now Hearts striker did hold his peace.
During an argument with a fan about whether or not Steven Naismith should be welcomed back to Ibrox, Tanner mentioned Lafferty.

Like Naismith, Lafferty departed Ibrox amid controversy in 2012: both players were unwilling to transfer their contracts to Rangers newco after the club went bust. A move back to Rangers is now on the cards for Naismith.
Lafferty took issue with Tanner's suggestion that he was "causing bother" prior to his exit.
The argument between the two took place on Sunday afternoon. By Monday morning, it was in the newspapers.
