The 42-year-old also announced her departure on her Instagram account, and hinted at upcoming projects including appearing on Soccer Aid on ITV next month:
After 20 wonderful years, I’ve decided to leave @skysports to concentrate on some exciting new projects.
I can't wait for @socceraid on @itv next month. Thank you to all at Sky, you’ve been amazing. I will miss you
