Colorado Rapids sit on top of the MLS' Western Conference after picking up their sixth win of the season on Sunday.
Rapids beat Real Salt Lake 1-0.
The goal, scored by Jermaine Jones just after half time, was setup by Kevin Doyle.
After a through ball put Doyle in space, the Wexford man cut the ball back to the American international who side-footed past Nick Rimando.
Two weeks ago, Doyle returned after a month out injured to score as a substitute in a win against Seattle Sounders.
