Kenny Miller's Rangers career is all but over following a meeting with the club's Managing Director Stewart Robertson on Tuesday morning.

In a statement released by the club, it was confirmed that Miller and club captain Lee Wallace have been suspended.

The pair were reportedly involved in an angry dressing room exchange with manager Graeme Murty after the 4-0 defeat to Celtic in Sunday's Scottish Cup semi-final at Hampden Park.

38-year-old Miller was an unused substitute for the game while Wallace has been sidelined with an injury since early in the season.

Miller's contract expires at the end of the season while Wallace has another year to run on his.

Miller joined Rangers for the third time in June 2014.
