Just six weeks ago, Keith Andrews was doing stuff for Watford like playing this sexilicious pass against Millwall.
Now manager Slavisa Jokanovic doesn't want him and he is no longer training with the club.
This is my decision. I decided to separate Keith Andrews from my team. He didn’t understand my decision, he probably didn’t understand me very well and probably had some problems when communicating with me.
He probably had some problems with communication, he doesn’t accept some of my decisions and he doesn’t understand that being a professional player is sometimes on the pitch, sometimes in the stand and sometimes on the bench.
I made the decision to separate him from the squad.
Andrews is on loan at Watford from Bolton but his problem now is that he is no longer wanted by his parent club either.
Speaking on Sky Sports recently, the Dubliner said that he wasn't sure why he had been ostracised by Jokanovic and that he felt he had "done a lot behind the scenes during the turbulent period" at Vicarage Road.
The turbulence that Andrews was speaking about is the tremendous turnover of managers at the club this season.
