Not Even Beating Bayern Can Stop Roy Keane Tearing Into Arsenal Again

It's fair to say that Roy Keane isn't a fan of Arsenal. While Arsenal stunned German champions Bayern Munich 2-0 last night in the Emirates to give themselves a lifeline to qualify for the next round - Keane was far from impressed.

Keane still brands Arsenal as a "soft" team, backing up comments from last month where he branded them "weak" after losing to Olympiakos.

Speaking on ITV Sport after the game, Keane continued tearing into Arsenal:

They're still soft.

Just because they beat Bayern Munich. I thought they’d get a result. They were desperate for a result.

I’ve said all along they’re a top quality team going forward, but they rode their luck again last night and the goalkeeper made some good saves. They’ve still got a lot to do to get out of the group.

It was typical Keane fashion, and he continued by saying that Arsene Wenger's men need to be more consistent against the lesser teams.

It is very easy to raise your game for Bayern Munich, but it is the two previous games that have cost them.
