We're in the new era of the Premier League. Everything changed back in 2004 when Jose Mourinho arrived in the Premier League. From the moment he dubbed himself 'the special one', how the media react to new managers changed forever.

There is massive excitement over the new Liverpool manager - Jurgen Klopp, and he impressed in his first press conference as the Reds manager. Displaying an impressive grasp of English, Klopp joked that he is "the normal one", compared to Jose Mourinho. Mourinho must be licking his lips at finally having a rival manager who could rival him in the hearts of journalists. We await that battle.
When Klopp was asked about why he joined Liverpool, he dispensed with calling things normal.
It's not a normal club, it's a special club.
Moving away from the the normal/special theme, Klopp confirmed that he will have all say about transfers.
Klopp did ask for time to bed in his systems, but said that he was "pretty confident that we will have one title", if he's still there in four years time.

That's quite a promise to be making in the competitive Premier League, but Liverpool fans will undoubtedly be excited. However, one Manchester United legend did have something to say about that declaration though.
First mistake..?? Others have made the same promise! #It'sNotThatEasyMrKlopp https://t.co/LKK0oGfEE4

Whether it proves to be a mistake for Klopp or not will be proven in time.
