There's been a certain buzz surrounding Liverpool's trip to Exeter City for their FA Cup third-round tie, as everybody has eagerly anticipating seeing the extremely enjoyably Jurgen Klopp experience the lower leagues of English football for the first time.
The stadium was sold out, the TV cameras were set up in the hopes of an upset, and while some may have been disappointed to see a very inexperienced Liverpool team, those who tuned in for some memorable moments got exactly what they wanted before the match kicked off.
Firstly, Jurgen Klopp conducted his pre-match interview from the teeny tiny Exeter City tea room, complete with star-struck tea-ladies:
Jürgen Klopp's got 99 problems but a pre-match interview in Exeter's tea room ain't one...

And then, just before kick-off, Klopp was given a gift from his opposing manager Paul Tisdale, and seemed genuinely delighted at the sentiment.

Fantastic.
Things didn't go to plan for Klopp initially as Exeter took the lead after just eight minuted, but the reds were soon level and it was perfectly clear that we had a cracking cup tie on our hands.
An excellent welcome to the FA Cup for Jurgen Klopp.
