The Liverpool boss went into detail about Henderson's desire to make it back in time for the 1-0 win over Blackburn saying that although some players would have been forced to miss the game, there was no chance of Henderson not making it to Ewood Park.
Some players would have missed the match. But he said to me 'boss, as soon as the baby is out I will be coming back!'. Jordan came back, he had his lunch and a sleep.
And yes, mother and baby Alba were okay without him for the evening.
