Liverpool legend John Barnes is known for his talent, not just as a footballer but also an amateur rap artist. After seeing his alternative method of preparing for an after dinner speech we met up with him today and he gave us a quick rendition of Rapper's Delight.

John was chatting to us at the Carlsberg Ultimate Football Bar event in Bar 37 Dawson Street today, where himself, Jason McAteer and Rachel Wyse surprised punters who arrived into the pub. Lucky fans were greeted on the door by McAteer, while Barnes was behind the bar serving up the pints and Rachel Wyse hosted a special pub quiz.
Speaking at the event, Barnes said 'It was great to see some of the reactions of the fans and of course spend time with them talking about football.'
