Jack Grealish has been named Aston Villa's Young Player of the Year.
In a video speaking about the award, Joe Cole compared the midfielder to PFA Players' Player of the Year, Eden Hazard. The former England international thinks that Grealish has the potential to be as good as the Belgian.
He's got a great attitude. He wants to work hard. He comes from a good family. His head's on his shoulders. The sky's the limit for him aswell.
You could talk about him being like an Eden Hazard. Obviously there's a lot of development to go, I don't want to put any pressure on him.
Tim Sherwood also had plenty of praise a player he has personally put a lot of faith in since becoming Aston Villa manager. Sherwood gave Grealish his first Premier League start for Villa against QPR back in April.
He's done well. He's not looked like he's phased. He's effecting the football match and I knew that he would be able to do that because of what I've seen over the last few months.
He needs to continue to work hard. This is not the end goal for him now, this is just the beginning.
Villa striker Gabby Agbonlahor believes fans should be excited for the future with Grealish at the club.
Anyone who's watching him now, I don't think they've seen anything yet. There's a lot more to come from him. If you're a Villa fan, you should be excited.
