Jim McGuinness has taken a major interest in soccer coaching over the last six or so months by undertaking the FAI Coaching Pathway. The former Donegal manager told us last month that he believes earning his coaching badges will help him improve in terms of his job with Celtic.
One person who seems to be highly impressed with McGuinness is former Chelsea goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini. The Italian is part the Irish U21s coaching team.
Cudicini tweeted this evening that McGuinness' presentation to a UEFA Pro Licence group was "interesting and motivating" and that his work was "outstanding".
