This week we got to meet a stonewall Irish legend –Jason McAteer.
Now obviously we were a bit nervous meeting one of our heroes but, as it turns out, Jason is actually a fan of Balls.ie ... so to speak ... and he was even more anxious than us about what we might ask him. We chatted about Roy Keane, Norwegian 'bangers' and stag parties.

Also let the record show that McAteer said to us, while speaking about the Balls site, 'It's actually pretty funny.' The best celebrity endorsement we've ever gotten.
In case you missed it a few days ago, we also met with John Barnes at the Carlsberg Football Bar event in 37 Bar Dawson Street and he insisted upon giving us a rendition of Rapper's Delight.
