Thankfully, for Jason Cummings, Hibs progressed to the Scottish Cup final.
They did so via a penalty shootout after the game against Dundee United finished scoreless both in normal time and extra-time.
Cummings scored the winning penalty. That he was entrusted to take it either shows remarkable belief in his ability from manager Alan Stubbs or that the former Celtic defender has short-term memory issues.
30 minutes into normal time, Hibs were awarded a penalty after a handball in the box. Up stepped Cummings to panenka the ball over the bar.
It was described in commentary as 'cocky, arrogant and foolish'.
Post-match, obviously relieved, the 20-year-old was able to joke about the miss.
Well with my new barnet I thought maybe I looked a bit more like Pirlo so I tried to dink it.
Here's the interview.
