Ireland midfielder Jamie McGrath has reminded everyone of his quality with an incredible overhead kick on his return from injury.
In 2021, Jamie McGrath looked to be an important part of Stephen Kenny's midfield. One of the most creative players in the side, his passing and vision gave Ireland fans hope.
Playing with Scottish side St Mirren at the time, his displays at club level were also gaining attention, and it didn't take long for Wigan to snap him up in January 2022 deadline day.
However, injuries have derailed his progress, as his time at Wigan hasn't worked out as planned, between injuries and a drop of form saw his opportunities limited at the Championship side.
In order for more playing time, McGrath moved on loan to Dundee United in search of more regular football, but was injured in Ireland's 1-0 friendly win over Malta in November.
Jamie McGrath Scores Incredible Bicycle Kick
In just his second game back for the Scottish side, he reminded fans of what he is capable of with a superb bicycle kick in Dundee United's 3-0 win over Sterling University in the Scottish Cup.

If there is one way to remind fans and coaches of your quality, a bicycle kick in your second game back from injury is some way to do it.
McGrath also made an assist in a top performance from the Ireland midfielder. With Ireland's Euro 2024 qualifying campaign set to get underway in March against a star studded France side, Stephen Kenny will welcome Jamie McGrath's return to form.
Jayson Molumby, Josh Cullen and Jason Knight have all had good seasons for their respective clubs, but may not possess the creativity that McGrath can deliver.
Hopefully from this moment on, the 26-year-old can reproduce his 2021 form that saw him break into the Irish side.
