Poor Jamie Carragher. As his old mates Steven Gerrard and Michael Owen were leaping about the BT Sport studio in disbelief at Barcelona's absurd comeback against PSG in the Champions League, Carragher was sitting alongside Niall Quinn in Manchester, trying to find something to talk about from their 0-0 draw with Stoke in the Premier League.
Naturally, twitter exploded in joyous disbelief at an extraordinary evening, while poor old Carra was stuck watching as City toiled against Stoke, the game still ongoing as it kicked off 15 minutes after the Barca/PSG clash.
Carragher did have the intelligence to keep looking at his phone, however, and was surely aware of the mania at the Camp Nou when he pressed send on this tweet. It produced the perfect juxtaposition...
