James McClean was again booed for his stance on the poppy today as his West Brom side went down by a score of 2-0 away to Manchester United.
Any time the Ireland international received the ball, boos could be heard from sections around Old Trafford, and if getting booed in pretty much every stadium he plays in wasn't enough, the Derry man has to put up with a ridiculous amount of shite on twitter as well.
But it's not all bad for McClean, as today he took great pleasure in pointing out the beautiful irony of a certain twitter user claiming that the West Brom winger would be "leaving Great Britian by force", by an individual who's twitter profile pic is a Winston Churchill quote about how you're doing something right if you make enemies for standing up for something.. Seriously.
