James McClean made a 20-minute cameo in West Brom's 0-0 draw with Sunderland on Saturday.
The winger came off the bench to replace Craig Gardner. Every time he touched the ball, he received jeers from the crowd. It was even worse when he made his way to take a corner.
McClean is not one to shy away from abuse though. Late in the game, he put in a crunching tackle on Sunderland centre-back Lamine Kone.
On Sunday, Kone tweeted his disappointment with the result.
He also wanted to know if any of his followers could help him identifying James McClean.
Word of Kone's ignorance made its way to McClean.
The Derry man had a splendid response.
