Newcastle were crowned Championship winners on Sunday afternoon after beating Barnsley 3-0.
Though they cruised to the victory at St. James Park, it would not have been enough for them to claim the Championship title had it not been for Jack Grealish.
Brighton could have won the Championship had they beaten Aston Villa at Villa Park. 1-0 up against ten-man Villa thanks to a Glenn Murray penalty, Chris Hughton's side looked likely to claim the trophy.
That was until the 89th minute when Grealish, just on as a substitute half and hour earlier, fired a shot from edge of the box which somehow found its past into the net past goalkeeper David Stockdale.
