You may remember a couple of weeks back that Jack Grealish, in a short 15 minute appearance for Aston Villa against Hull, got several shades of shite kicked out of him. One of the players who got booked for a challenge on the Irish U21 international was senior Irish player Stephen Quinn.
Quoted by John Fallon in the Irish Examiner today, Grealish claims that Stephen Quinn call him a "fake Paddy" during the game.
He called me a Fake Paddy. That’s what I have to expect though now. Football banter can be like that and I’m not a kid anymore so there’s no problem.
Fallon adds that Grealish laughed after saying that Quinn called him a fake Paddy, so maybe there was some jest in the Hull player's remark. Going on the force in the challenge that got Quinn booked though, that seems unlikely.

Grealish, who was born in England but has an Irish father, has played at several underage levels for Ireland but has yet to commit himself to senior international football with Martin O'Neill's side.
