We now have a new favourite team in the Eredivisie. One of Ireland's hottest properties, Jack Byrne has joined SC Cambuur on loan from Man City for the coming season.
Just yesterday, the 19 year old put pen to paper on a new three year deal at the Etihad Stadium and hopes have been high for the Dubliner for quite a few years now. His development has continued apace in the underage set-up at City and hopefully that'll continue next season as he looks to make a name for himself in the Netherlands.

Good luck, Jack! 👍 #mcfc pic.twitter.com/n14eFyl8RT— Manchester City (@ManCity) June 30, 2015
SC Cambuur finished 10th in the Eredivisie last season and Byrne joins players such as former Birmingham and Wigan player Daniel De Ridder at the Leeuwarden based club.
Cambuur have also confirmed that the attacking midfielder will wear the number 10 shirt next season.
