On Friday, Martin O'Neill said that he has seen the DVDs of Jack Byrne in action. After today's game against Heracles, the Ireland manager will have more highlights of the 19-year-old to watch.
A superb, dipping long-range strike from Byrne gave Cambuur a 1-0 half-time lead on Sunday afternoon.
It's his third of the season for Cambuur.
2 - Jack Byrne has scored two goals in his last 128 minutes of play, after scoring once in his first 1406 Eredivisie minutes. Accelerated.

O'Neill will get the opportunity to see Byrne in the flesh pretty soon. Although he was not part of the 40-man Ireland squad for the friendlies against Switzerland and Slovakia, the Dubliner will train with the senior team.
