Arsenal chief-executive Ivan Gazidis has taken a cheeky swipe as their north London rivals today at the Arsenal AGM.

The Arsenal hierarchy appeared to be in a jovial mood today as they knocked backed questions from fans with jokes rather than real answers, and in response to a question about Arsenal's inability to capitalise on the growing popularity of the Premier League in the US, compared to Spurs for example, the American had this to say.
Yes there is a poster of [Gareth] Bale in Times Square, but he no longer plays for Tottenham - he now plays for one of our rivals!'
Gazidis refers to Bale/Spurs poster that was in NY:"Unfortunately he doesn't play for Tottenham Hotspur. He now plays for one of our rivals"

This, of course, is the image in Times Square that Gazidis was referring to.
