The saga is at an end and it's gone the way the vast majority were expecting.
Jack Grealish has taken the decision to play for England and we can all just move on from this increasingly unsavoury situation.
The initial news was, somewhat surprisingly, released by Aston Villa who you would imagine are delighted that this situation has been put to bed.

This all follows reports from England this weekend that, subject to international clearance, Roy Hodgson will include Grealish in his England squad to face Estonia and Lithuania.
