There's a lot of things that Roy Keane is not fond of and selfies are definitely one of them. A word of advice to anyone who happens to meet Ireland's Assistant Manager would be to not ask for one.
On multiple occasions, the former Man United Man has referenced selfies when describing the different mentality of modern footballers, and when it comes to fans wanting to take one with him you'd be doing well to get a the slightest of grins.

One of Keane's biggest gripes with using the front facing camera is that it's a sign of the player's being caught up in themselves and not focusing on the team. Speaking on Arsenal in 2015 he said:
There’s too many Arsenal players interested in selfies, I think, whatever they are ...
Instead of focusing on winning Premier League titles, it’s all about how their bodies look, how their hair is, more so than winning football matches, which is the way things are going.
Arsenal didn't win the league, so maybe he has a point? After Barcelona sensationally beat PSG this year Keane was asked did such a comeback warrant a dressing room selfie. He gave a simple and blunt "no" before going on to say he didn't agree with it in the dressing room.
Despite it being #InternationalSelfieDay, if you see Roy Keane: proceed with caution.
