Unconfirmed reports have come out of press centres in Brazil, claiming that Portugal's Cristiano Ronaldo is out of the World Cup.
Irish journalist Ewan McKenna, who is currently in Rio for the World Cup, has brought us the rumours on Twitter.
Rumours - unconfirmed may I add - here in press centres in Brazil that Cristiano Ronaldo is out of the World Cup.

Ronaldo, who came into the tournament with a knee injury, has suffered extensively in recent months with injury, missing games for Real Madrid in the run in for La Liga and the Champions League. Seen wearing strapping on his knee during his side's opening game with Germany, it is suspected this is the injury in question.
