Irish youngster and Leeds United defender Paudie O’Connor has joined Sky Bet League Two side Bradford City on a permanent transfer.
O'Connor is a former League of Ireland player, having broken through to the Limerick senior team before he'd even completed his Leaving Cert and helped steer the club to promotion to the League of Ireland Premier League. He then completed a move to Leeds in 2017.
He had made four first-team appearances for Leeds but spent the second half of last season on loan with the club after cutting a spell with Blackpool short.

Per FootballLeagueWorld, O'Connor turned down the prospect of joining league one sides in a bid to ensure regular first-team action. He will sign on a free transfer.
Last season saw Bradford finish bottom of League One. Under Gary Bowyer, they are looking for an immediate return to the third tier of English football.
