Sean St.Ledger wasn't the only Irish player with good news to celebrate this morning.
Dubliner Andy Keogh was awarded the A-League player of the month for December for his performances with Perth Glory. He helped the team win all three of their games in December, scoring goals in two, to help the team stay top of the table. The 28's year-old's goal-scoring record to date has been exceptional, scoring 9 in 15.
