Ahead of the final game of the UEFA Nations League for Martin O'Neill's side, the Ireland team named for tonight's clash in Denmark has offered a few surprises.
Five changes from the Ireland team named to face Northern Ireland last week, it would appear that O'Neill has again opted for a 3-5-2 system with Cyrus Christie retaining his midfield role.

It has been a fairly dour first-outing in the UEFA Nations League for the Republic of Ireland. An opening day hammering by Wales preceded an underwhelming 0-0 draw with Denmark.
An admittedly more modest 1-0 defeat to Wales in Dublin shortly thereafter has left tonight's game with little or nothing by way of tangible meaning.
With the drawing of qualifying groups for the 2020 European Championships due to take place in Dublin on December 2, this Ireland team will quickly discover whether or not there is much hope of them featuring in a tournament the country will partially host.
Kick-off for tonight's game in Denmark is 7:45pm.
