Brighton and Ireland full-back Sophie Perry scored one of the most oddly satisfying goals of the weekend in her club's FA Cup tie with Sporting Club Albion.

Free-kick from 30-odd yards, in off the bar and bouncing back into the keeper's hands? It doesn't get more inch-perfect than that.

Some proper Ian Harte-like dip on that strike, too.

Unfortunately for Perry and Brighton, they were on the wrong end of a 4-3 scoreline, with Albion progressing as the only side from outside the WSL in the FA Cup quarter-finals.

Perry represented England until under-23 level, before making her Ireland debut back in 2012 at the age of 25. She currently has 13 caps for Sue Ronan's side.
