Ireland Move Up Five Places In Latest FIFA Rankings

Ireland have moved up to 29th in the latest FIFA rankings. It is jump of five places from the previous update in February.

The rise comes following last month's Euro 2020 qualifier wins against Gibraltar and Georgia which saw Mick McCarthy's side gain ten ranking points

Northern Ireland have also moved up in the rankings. Michael O'Neill's side are up three places to 33rd.

Wales have remained steady at 18th while Scotland are down four places to 44th. England are now ranked fourth, up one place.

The top three remains as it was in the previous update with Belgium on top, France in second and Brazil in third.
