Social media has been full of Irish fans' high-jinx over the last few days. From comedy flags to self-deprecating chants at the Swedish fans on the way in to today's game - the humour of the Irish fans was never in doubt.
But in the 24th minute of today's game, Irish fans stood up and chanted "Stand Up for the Ulster Man" in honour of Darren Rodgers, the 24-year-old Northern Ireland fan who died tragically in Nice last night following a fall. The same gesture took place at the Belfast fanzone which took place at the Titanic Quarter.
It shows that Irish fans might know how to act the eejit but they also know how to act the part too.
Stay classy Ireland fans - that was a genuinely decent thing to do.
