Roy Keane and the ITV punditry crew have descended on Germany, as the European Championships get underway in the country.

Keano was on punditry duty on Friday night, as the hosts faced Scotland in the opening game in Munich. It would turn into a rout, with Germany ripping the Scots to shreds and ultimately running out 5-1 winners.

The game was shown live on ITV in the UK, with Roy Keane, Ian Wright, and Graeme Souness reporting from the broadcaster's Berlin base, against the backdrop of the Brandenburg Gate.

Evidently, the team have been doing some sightseeing, with Wright sharing a hilarious TikTok of Keane appearing to hide from fans asking Wright for a photograph.

Ian Wright TikTok captures brilliant Roy Keane moment in Berlin

Roy Keane is infamously averse to the spotlight, with the Corkman even being jokingly called out by the likes of Rory McIlroy for his occasionally cold approach.

It appears as though Keane has learned how to poke some self-deprecating fun at the situation, judging by Ian Wright's TikTok from a Berlin shopping mall.

Wright's video shows him being approached by a German football fan for a photo before the cameraman pans around to show what appears to be Keane rushing to hide behind a column nearby.

The close-up reveal of Keano hiding behind the pillar with a wry smile on his face is incredible, as Wright cackles away.

In fairness, even the fan who approached Arsenal legend Wright appears able to see the funny side of things, with Keane playing up to his reputation of being camera shy.

It's likely there will be more fan sightings of Roy Keane and co. in Germany over the coming weeks, though we will have to wait and see if he is more co-operative in future.
