Huddersfield will be playing Premier League football next year after beating Reading 4-3 on penalties in the playoff final at Wembley Stadium.
With Reading having taken the lead in the shootout thanks to a super Ali Al Habsi save from the German Gary Doherty, Michael Hefele, Ireland international Liam Kelly nearly blew a hole in the net with a stunning penalty of his own.
However, misses from Liam Moore and Jordan Obita handed the ascendancy back to Huddersfield, and another German - Christopher Schindler - fired the West Yorkshire club to the Premier League for the first time in their history.
Huddersfield v Reading penalties
The win is worth up to £200m to Huddersfield, who incidentally have not won in normal time in their last five games.
