Arsenal secured a comfortable 3-0 victory today against Watford as Arsene Wenger looks to build some momentum with a Europa League run on the horizon.
Goals from Shkodran Mustafi, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang ensured it was a comfortable afternoon but it could have been slightly more problematic had Troy Deeney converted his penalty. He didn't and Watford left empty-handed.
Deeney is a familiar foe for Arsenal, having famously questioned their 'cajones' earlier this season. When told after the game 'Hector Bellerin is sure it wasn't a foul' Deeney had a classic quick response.
He had his long hair in the way, he couldn't see what he's doing.
However, Bellerin was quick to remind Deeney about his own unsuccessful afternoon in front of goal.
Looks like you couldn't see today either @T_Deeney 😂 https://t.co/GdTixJBdzx

Arsenal fans took similar relish in reminding Deeney of his previous comments.
You know you’re an average striker if Petr Cech saves your attempt from the penalty spot. Troy Deeney AKA no cojones.

Hahahahahahahah @T_Deeney you mug! Where are your cojones now???
Can’t wait to see what you’ve got to say in the @SkySports studio after the game today! 😂😂😂#Cojones— Moh Haider (@ArsenalMoh8) March 11, 2018
Penalty miss is a huge confirmation that Troy Deeney has small cojones

Arsenal return to action this Thursday as they welcome AC Milan to London. Bellerin will hope to face more visionless strikers as his side bids to finish a disappointing season on a high.
