Fans of Newcastle United and/or Hull City will have fond memories of Hatem Ben Arfa. He was fond of a screamer or two, had pace and skill and was able to whip a ball in with a frankly dangerous amount of speed.
After a successful return to his home country of France in 2015/16, where he scored 17 times in 33 appearances, Ben Arfa earned a move to PSG.
He only started five times for Laurent Blanc's side last season, making 18 appearances off the bench. His severe lack of goals has led to the Parisians trying to offload him, however.
Despite being around for seemingly years, Ben Arfa only turned thirty in March and still has plenty to offer.
So, in order to help potential buyers decide whether to take a chance on him, Ben Arfa uploaded a workout video to his Instagram.
And there are far too many longing stares into the camera for our liking.
That caption translates as 'the force of destiny'. Seriously.
It's something that you'd expect to see on an old Bebo post from 2008. Not from a professional footballer and former Premier League star at that.
It doesn't even show off any relatively impressive football skills. It's literally just him running from side to side and forward (in slow motion!) on a beach.
Only God can judge you, Hatem. Apart from everyone who watches this video. They're all judging you too.
We blame Owen Hargreaves for starting this revolution a few years ago with his treadmill.
