Harry Kane has managed to avoid donning lederhosen for Bayern Munich's traditional Oktoberfest photoshoot, less than two weeks after joining the German giants.
Bayern Munich's players usually don the traditional German outfits for a photoshoot with Paulaner, to mark the countdown to the annual beer festival in the city.
This was the case on Wednesday, when the club's social media accounts shared images of the team raising a glass, with the likes of Serge Gnabry, Thomas Muller and new signing Kim Min-Jae posing alongside manager Thomas Tuchel.

However, another new arrival was missing, as Harry Kane didn't join up with his teammates for the big occasion. Instead, it was explained by the club that the England captain was absent due to the birth of his fourth child Henry a matter of days ago.
Upon signing for Bayern, Kane admitted that he was aware of the tradition but hadn't known that it was mandatory.
"Yeah, I've seen it before," he told ESPN. "If I'm totally honest, I didn't know it was compulsory. I soon found that out. But like I said, I'm hoping to get to know the culture. And that's part and parcel of the journey and the experience."

Aside from missing the big day out, Kane appears to be settling into his new surroundings so far.
After a disappointing debut in which Bayern lost the German Super Cup against RB Leipzig, Kane got off the mark with a goal and an assist in a 4-0 victory over Werder Bremen on the opening night of the Bundesliga.
