Football can get awfully tribal, and particularly when an English side travels to Spain or France you fear that headlines are going to emerge thanks to a minority of idiots acting out while in a different country... But maybe they just don't play enough theme songs from classic 80s TV?
As the second half of Celta Vigo vs Manchester United was about to kick-off, the stadium PA absolutely blared the theme tune to 'The A-Team', to the point where the BT Sport pitch-side team could barely hear their own thoughts.
The reaction in the stands was outstanding, as the cameras showed fans of both sides absolute loving it.
Brilliant.
Is this the answer?
Can we end football tribalism by having one big TV theme-tune singsong instead of club specific music?
Well, no. You wouldn't get very far by blaring the Ghostbusters theme tune at the next Old Firm derby up in Glasgow, but at least everyone who made the trip to Vigo enjoyed their blast from the past.
It was a big hit on Twitter as well:
We're fucked lads, they're bringing the A Team out! #MatchdayMac

The fact that Celta Vigo are playing the A Team theme tune is why I fucking love football

Celta coming out to the A Team theme tune, best thing in Europe this year. Would Lukaku like to hear that tune @Matt_Law_DT ?

Only good thing about this tie so far is the A Team music blaring as the players emerge for second half.
