It looked like Eoin Doyle may be the only high profile(-ish) Irish player to make a move on transfer deadline day but now we have another and, to be honest, we're quite pleased about it.
Keith Andrews has always come across as a very likeable kind of a chap and it was unfortunate to see him caught in footballing limbo during the twilight of his career but that looks to be at an end as he has agreed a loan deal to move back to MK Dons for the rest of the season.

Andrews had been frozen out of things at Bolton and, after a loan deal to Watford didn't really work out, there were fears that his career might be at an end. However, he's now back to the club where he made a name for himself between 2006 and 2008 and, for someone who always gave their best for Ireland, we're delighted for him.
