Great Gesture As Lazio's Serbs And Albanians Unite After Recent Ugly Scenes

This was a rather nice gesture from Lazio players Lorik Cana, Etrit Berisha and Thomas Strakosha (all Albanian internationals) to present a united front with their Serbian teammates Filip Djordjevic and Dusan Basta after the shocking scenes in Belgrade last Tuesday night which resulted in the abandonment of the Euro 2016 qualifier between the two nations.

In case you somehow missed it, the highly charged atmosphere inside the Partizan Stadium spilled over into a full-scale brawl when a drone carrying the flag of Greater Albania hovered over the pitch, sparking fury among the home players and supporters. Read more about the incident here.
